2008 – 2020 On 3 Performance Complete Ram Truck Fuel System
This is a direct fit, complete fuel system kit for the Hemi Ram Truck series. Instead oif making countless trips getting different fittings, lines, ect, this will simplify your fuel system build immensely. The system includes a pair of our On 3 320lph E85 SAFE fuel pumps, which are capable of supporting a 1000hp. When this system is installed, everything tucks away very nicely so you can have a factory finish. The best part is that you don’t even hear them running. Sounds like you have a single pump upgrade which is great for the customer looking for an extremely clean install and a “sleeper appearance.” To elaborate a little more on our system, we offer a billet machined Y piece that is o-ringed specifically to fit the barb of our 320lph fuel pumps. This allows you to run dual in tank pumps without the use of the super restrictive barb fittings in the tank. We also offer you the bracket to mount the billet Y piece to the fuel hat, making it a super easy install. From there we give you all the lines, fittings, regulator and gauge needed to complete the install. This kit is designed to work with stock fuel rails.
Wiring- With this system you are adding a second pump, factory your truck comes with only one. In addition to that, these pumps also draw slightly more amperage than your factory pump. This requires you to wire up a set of relays to power these pumps correctly. To make this easier for you we offer a wiring distribution box which consists of the relays, fuses and power post, and the wire needed to complete the job. You can you find this in the upgrade list below. If you have ever built a fuel system, often times most people will use pipe threaded fittings which is a MAJOR headache. In our system, we designed the entire kit around the On 3 Performance O-ring fittings. No need for pipe tape, chasing leaks, and worrying about over-tightening and pulling threads. O-ring fittings are simple and easy to install, uses very little torque and allows for perfect seal. Each of our fittings included in the kit will be anodized black which is great for use with E-85 and to prevent corrosion. Moving forward from your fuel hat (8an supply line), all black anodized fittings, On 3 in-line fuel filter, to feed fuel rails, and On 3 Performance 1:1 fuel regulator. We also include the complete return line kit(8an), lines, fittings and even a bulkhead fitting to adapt your return-less style system to a return style.
